Enrollment Options

1. Enroll online and pay immediately by credit card, or enroll online and pay later by check or wire transfer.

    • Select a course and the number of attendees.*
    • Click Add to Cart.
    • Enter the billing and student information.
    • Select the payment method, enter the applicable details, and then click Place Order.

*Multiple participants can be enrolled for the same course when using the same payment method. However, only one course can be added to the cart per transaction.

If paying by credit card, your payment will be processed immediately, and a receipt will be emailed to the billing contact soon thereafter.

If your payment fails, you will receive an email indication. If you’re unsure as to why your payment failed, please email contact@gascertification.com and a GCI representative will get back to you.

Tuition

Tuition must be paid in full no less than 21 days prior to the class start date. Price is per participant unless otherwise noted. Tuition is subject to change without notice.

Payment can be made by credit card, wire transfer, or company check/money order made payable to Gas Certification Institute. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Personal or foreign checks are not accepted. Tuition paid by wire transfer will be invoiced an additional $50 bank processing fee. All international participants are responsible for their own customs fees, duties, and taxes. Participants must pay any and all bank-handling charges.

For in-person classes, your tuition covers course instruction, classroom materials, lunch for full-day sessions, and light refreshments. Accommodations can be made for food allergies and restrictions. All travel expenses, lodging, and food & beverages other than those provided in the classroom are not included in tuition and are the responsibility of participants.

In conjunction with Texas A&M University, GCI offers CEUs for all in-person and online instructor-led courses.

CEUs (Continuing Education Units), issued through Texas A&M University – Kingsville, are now available for all GCI Natural Gas Measurement, Hydrocarbon Liquids Measurement Training courses.

For online classes, your tuition covers course instruction, digital materials and CEUs.

Disclaimer

Gas Certification Institute (GCI) makes every effort to ensure that all classes are held as scheduled. However, should the total class registrations not meet the minimum enrollment requirements, GCI reserves the right to cancel a class and reschedule the participants. In no case will GCI cancel a class less than 21 days prior to the class start date.

Cancellation Policy

Students may cancel or reschedule a registration up to 21 days prior to the class start date. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be accepted if received less than 21 days prior to the class date. Another person may be substituted for a registrant at any time.
